I've decided to take control of my life, and meet my goal weight this year. I'm 5'2", a night shift nurse, and my starting weight was 172.2. My goal: 125. I will do this.
Abdominal exercises are my arch nemesis, lol. Until recently, I seriously don’t think I’ve done abdominal exercises for like 10 years. Doing them in every one of the classes at the gym is my absolute nightmare, but at the same time, I feel like I have a challenge presented to me that I have to overcome and get better at. Nothing to it but to do it.
